1980Foundation

Since the Implementation of a large number of successful consultancy projects including the railway transport optimization, private railway company foundation, construction of intermodal terminals, evaluation of transport policy measures, optimal combination of rail, road and short-sea transportation. Full-service support in the BASF terminal development and warehouse logistics as well as other extensive projects. Honoured with the European Innovation Award for Inter-Modal Transport. Extension of the company portfolio to the supply chain sector with projects for efficiency improvement of warehouse organization, determination of new storage locations and implementation of new distribution concepts.

2003New Office

Extension of activities to the aviation sector with projects including global hub-network development and strategic and operational analysis of an airline. Consulting clients in the event management sector regarding transport requirements and infrastructure planning.

2010IPO

Standardized logistics concepts for BASF Printing Systems at 11 European locations. First railway logistics concepts in Russia. Reorganization of the entire logistics for a construction materials industry client at 13 locations in Europe and Russia. Extension of activities by widening the shareholder circle and realization of a partner model. He started the company with a simple goal in mind – to create an environment where people were proud to be members. That pride would be reflected in this otherwise ordinary band of individuals through the extraordinary service they provided their customers.
